Five Things To Know About Wisteria

My debut novel Wisteria will be released on October 31, 2024, but here are some details about the release you may or may not know.

1. Wisteria Has Been Published Before

The idea for Wisteria began as a fanfiction for my community on Wattpad in 2019. The story originally involved a love triangle between two werewolves and the female protagonist. Twenty something chapters were written and published on Wattpad, but when I felt this was the story to begin my career as a published author, I removed the book from Wattpad, reworked the plot and characters and prepared the work to be my first release as an author.

2. Many Fantasy Elements

Wisteria was heavily inspired by some of my favorite fairy tales, fantasy movies and books. The book is tagged as a paranormal romance because of the plot’s focused on werewolves, but there are many fantasy creatures included in the book and throughout the series. Fantasy creatures such as fairies, nymphs, witches, faes and various shifters can be found in the series. The book is tagged as a new adult fantasy book because the characters are in their mid-twenties and older. Wisteria also takes place on a fictional planet called Nanthus which is somewhat similar to Earth, but smaller.

3. Self Published

Wisteria will my self published debut novel. The book will be printed through Lulu Publishing and it will be printed upon ordering. Lulu has printing facilities in the United States, France, Australia, Canada, India, and the United Kingdom. When you order Wisteria, your book will be printed and shipped to you from the closest location to you. Keep in mind the book will be order to print. To find out more about Lulu and what countries they ship to, check them out here.

4. First Book in It’s Series

This debut novel will be the first book of the Sun & Moon Wolf Series. The series is planned as four books, each titled the location where the story will take place. Wisteria is first and is named after the small town where the main character’s journey begins. The second book titled in this series is called “Azalea” and will be a hopeful release in 2026.

5. Listed in GoodReads
